The aims/outputs of the audit are:-
- You feel supported and in control
- Motivated to take action to improve your use of digital technology and feel energised about how it can help your growth plans.
- A Digital Action Plan – developed that identifies opportunities for utilising technology to obtain efficiencies/ increase productivity. We will offer options for new technologies and suggest a prioritisation.
