DRIVE wanted to unify the brand and establish a strategy for the launch of a new business

The Challenge

DRIVE is a successful company but had allowed their success to overtake the consistent development and application of brand and marketing. They were also about to launch a brand new product into a new market segment.

Our Solution

Working with the senior management team of DRIVE, we agreed an approach that allowed them to share their goals and aspirations before developing a plan that engaged stakeholders in realising their goals.

The following is a snapshot of our phased plan: -

Phase 01 - Establish the current situation - brand, marketing and market
Phase 02 - Develop an evolutionary strategy to set agreed goals, modernise the core brand and assets such as their website and business stationery. Creating a consistent image and shared goals.
Phase 03 - Implement the strategy and expand to the new business division ODO
Phase 04 - Review and measure. This will become an ongoing aspect of the process.
